EXPAND YOUR MEDITATION PRACTICE

There will come a times when you want to expand your practice or to speed up the benefits and expand consciousness.

These advance courses are luxurious add-ons to your twice daily meditation.

They have the ability to super charge your experience sometimes gaining months of progress by the addition of an advanced practice.

We approach the advance practices through the breath and through the unlocking of the body.

All advanced courses will include mentoring sessions and meditation with me.

PRANAYAMA

Prana is life force of life energy.

This breathing technique brings about balance and has many benefits to the mind and body. Doing this prior to meditation gets you out of fight and flight and ready for meditation. Many meditators report deep experiences with meditation with the addition of pranayama.

Pranayama has many benefits. The simplicity of it means in times of high stress or anxious situations it is very easy to do. In a matter of minutes you can reduce your anxiety before walking on stage, into a boardroom, giving a presentation or calming your breathing down.

YOGA ASANAS WORKSHOP

To look after our health in a holistic way, we come through the mind with meditation, we come through the breath with Pranayama and through the body with yoga.

This advanced technique is a specific group of asanas in a sequence designed to move the stress, tension and fatigue stored in the body.

This knowledge has been passed down from our Vedic tradition and is very powerful with our practice.

Do not worry about how flexible you are or if you have tried other types of yoga previously. This is a very gentle and mild set of asanas so that anybody can do it.

Once you have learnt this particular sequence under supervision from a Vedic Meditation teacher, you can add this to your movement or exercise routine and it is very complimentary for you meditation practice.

 MENTORING SESSIONS

These private one on one sessions provide you with a forum to talk about any concerns or situations in life such as relationships, career, life goals or health, school or work and much more. The Vedic body of knowledge and wisdom provides a wealth of insight into dealing with any situation.

These sessions also refine your practice and include a checking of your meditation and assistance with getting back on track.

They usually run for about 60 - 90 minutes and include meditating together.

Students who complete the Learn to Meditate course with Ali have a free mentoring session post the course.
