THE TECHNIQUE

Vedic Meditation is an ancient practice that comes from the body of knowledge called Veda, which is said to have originated in India over 5000 years ago. From this body of knowledge, we have today our Yoga, Meditation, breathing practices called Pranayama and Ayurveda.

Better Sleep

Launder stress, tension and fatigue out during meditation so your body isn’t doing it during your sleep time.

Less fear & worry

By mastering our attention and connection to a deeper state we move out of thinking from our cluttered mind and negative thoughts. We naturally feel unbounded which dissolves fear and worry.

Our mind is clearer and calmer post meditating. We move into deeper awareness from which fulfilment is gained and naturally we don’t need as much and reduce neediness. We spontaneously feel happier.

As we meditate, we spontaneously feel happier and fulfilled, in turn we can give more to others.

Ability to let go

This myth that we have to control everything naturally disappears as there is only evolution occurring. The things that are not required for your evolution become irrelevant.

Meditation moves us out of fight and flight and into rest and digest. As out digestion ignites we naturally improve our immunity, our skin improves and meditators report greater energy and focus.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Anyone can do it.

It is a simple, effortless technique that is experiential. You do not need to clear your mind of thoughts, that is impossible.

It can be done anywhere, on a bus or train, park bench, in a boardroom, down the beach, in your parked car. Anywhere you can sit and close your eyes.

There are no barriers to noise and you don’t need someone to be guiding you during meditation.

Once you have been fitted with your correct Mantra by a qualified initiator of Vedic Meditation and have been provided with correct instruction on how to use the Mantra, you are up and running.
